The work you send will depend on the VA package you choose. You will receive a weekly time report, allowing you to track how many hours are remaining. If you exceed the agreed-upon hours, with your approval, an additional fee per hour will be charged. Our services are designed to be flexible. From there, your project leader will ensure smooth integration, manage the team, and handle day-to-day coordination, keeping everything on track and aligned with your business objectives.

We offer flexible, monthly subscription plans. You can choose the package that best fits your needs. Payments are processed securely online and can be made using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Once you’ve selected your VA, there is a minimum 3-month contract. Similar to a probation period in the workplace, from our experience, it takes at least 3 months of onboarding and training to properly integrate a team of VAs into your company.

Should you decide to cancel your services, we require 30 days written notice. If you cancel during your initial 3-month commitment, a $150 early termination fee will apply.
